What happens when four best friends, all coffee lovers, decide to explore Hanoi? A morning packed with laughter, incredible coffee creations and deep dives into the coffee culture! Meet David, Sarah, John and Ruth - friendship of 20 years in our coffee workshop today.

As true coffee lovers, our friends couldn’t wait to dive into Vietnam’s signature brews. Egg coffee was their first surprise: “It’s so much better than the one we bought yesterday!” - creamy, rich and not a hint of eggy taste. And perhaps what made it special wasn’t just the flavor, but the fact that they created it themselves. It was one of those simple, joyful moments that you know will make everyone smile whenever they think back. Our friends hadn't expected much, but the workshop changed everything - they fell in love!

Guess the showstopper of today! Salted coffee - our crew’s ultimate favorite. Each of them carefully sprinkled salt and teased one another about “technique,” the whole table was filled with laughter. But the fun didn’t stop there! It was the coconut coffee session that brought the most energetic moment of the day. As soon as the shaking began, the workshop turned into a full-on party. “We will, we will rock you!” echoed through the room as our friends danced, giggled, and whipped up their drinks with the energy of a band on stage. 🎶

It was such a memorable time that our friends are already hoping to book another Beyond Vietnam tour on their next trip! David, Sarah, John, and Ruth, we’ll be waiting with coffee, smiles, and a few extra mugs for you guys. 💛
