Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by customers: More than 72 hours before start time: refund 100% of total tour price. Within 48 hours before start time: will be charged 50% of total tour price. Within 24 hours before starting time: will be charged 100% of total tour price. Cancellation by Beyond Vietnam: Beyond Vietnam has the right to change, modify, postpone or cancel any of the tours due to adverse conditions affecting the safety, health or welfare of our travelers or staff, as well as any natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes. If a tour is canceled, we will make every effort to find a replacement/alternative tour. In cases where cancellation is due to external events beyond our reasonable control, refunds will be less than any non-refundable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance or non-refundable flights. Please note that there may be additional charges for such alternative tours and you will be advised of any such charges prior to making a selection. In the event that no substitution/alternative is available, a full refund will be issued. Our liability for any such refund will be limited to your full payments to us.
