Say hello to Holly's family from the USA! 🇺🇸💖 Our fam has a great passion for East Asian cuisine, and what better place to dive in than the food paradise of Vietnam? 🍜✨

First stop on their foodie journey? None other than the bustling streets of Hanoi! Now, Holly’s little one might be a bit of a picky eater, but guess what? With our 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐢 tour, she’s becoming a little food explorer, tasting all sorts of new dishes! 😋🥢 Today’s adventure was all about unlocking the hearts (and bellies!) of the Holly family – from bánh mì, bún riêu (river crab noodle soup), cà phê dừa (coconut coffee), to thịt xiên (BBQ pork skewer), they loved it all!

This "worldly" photo? 🌍Well, this masterpiece was created by Holly’s husband. He’s a huge fan of photography and video, and fun fact – he was once a Media Marketing lecturer! 🧑‍🏫🎥 Let’s raise a glass, cheers, and kick off this delicious food journey right now! 🥂🍴

Here we are at the bún riêu stop (river crab noodle soup)! 🍜 The space is a little cozy and snug, but it’s totally got that Hanoian vibe. In this chilly weather, there’s nothing better than slurping up a warm, comforting bowl of bún riêu.

Holly’s family absolutely love this dish! Especially Holly’s two kiddos – one’s all about the noodles, the other’s a soup lover. Talk about a perfect match! 😄

And here it is, the grilled skewers – the family’s absolute favorite! 🍢 It’s easy to see why – the meat is perfectly marinated, full of flavor, and super tender!

This is a go-to snack for any Vietnamese (especially for students after school!) 😋
