Taste of Hanoi Food Tour – April 18th, 2025

Let's say hello to our foodies - the Holt team from the UK: Helen, Ruth, Adam, Rachel, Oli - and of course, Linh (who officially joined the family halfway through the tour)! 🎉🍜

These foodies were on fire! Adam and Oli jumped into every dish with full enthusiasm, devouring them with such speed and appetite that it was hard to keep up. Meanwhile, the mums, Ruth and Rachel, couldn't resist going for extra portions of “cốm xào” and “chè kho” to satisfy their love for Hanoi's iconic delicacies.

From the first bite of “bánh mì” to the last sip of fragrant tea, every stop was filled with laughter, stories, and shared moments. The food was special, but it was the joy of experiencing it all together that made this tour truly unforgettable. By the end, our bellies were full, and our hearts even fuller – the perfect combination of culinary exploration and genuine connection.
