Hanoi's street food and good vibes with Haley and Heather

Say hello to our beautiful ladies from Australia, Haley and Heather, ready to dive into the diverse and flavorful taste of Hanoi! From fun poses to bursts of laughter, the energy was infectious and set the tone for a day full of good food and good vibes.

We wandered from steaming bowls of river crab noodle soup - “bún riêu” (where even the shop owner couldn’t resist complimenting their beauty – cue more giggles and thank-yous!) to warm bites of bánh giò, which disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived, and many more Hanoian dishes. But the true stars of the day? The smoky, irresistible grilled pork skewers that had everyone saying “wow” at first sight – and the creamy, coconutty sweet soup “chè” that scored a solid 11 out of 10.

Beyond the food, what made the day special was the connection. Haley – a wonderful mom of three, juggling two businesses back home, had chosen Vietnam as one of her one-month getaway to recharge. We couldn’t be happier when Haley shared that this wasn’t just an ordinary food tour, but a much-needed pause to recharge, find joy, and simply feel lighter again.
