Updated: Apr 28

Ever heard of ๐œ๐ก๐šฬ‰ ๐ซ๐ฎฬ›๐จฬ›๐ข? It's one of Northern Vietnam's most unique dishes, made from a creature that might make you squirm at first sight - rฦฐฦกi, a type of ๐ซ๐š๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ (yes, worms!). Before you run away, hear me out. These little guys don't win any beauty contests, but they do make an incredibly tasty dish.

Right now, it's ๐ซ๐ฎฬ›๐จฬ›๐ข ๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง(October to November), which means not only can you taste this delicacy, but you'll also have the chance to see the wriggling creatures in person before they're cooked - how's that for a culinary adventure?
