Ever heard of 𝐜𝐡𝐚̉ 𝐫𝐮̛𝐨̛𝐢? It's one of Northern Vietnam's most unique dishes, made from a creature that might make you squirm at first sight - rươi, a type of 𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐦 (yes, worms!). Right now, it's 𝐫𝐮̛𝐨̛𝐢 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧(October to November), which means not only can you taste this delicacy, but you'll also have the chance to see the wriggling creatures in person before they're cooked - how's that for a culinary adventure?
