Cocoa, coffee and laughter - A fun day with Daniel’s family ☕

Meet Daniel’s family of 3 from Australia at our Cocoa-Coffee Workshop! Kate and Daniel came to Hanoi for a short break, hoping little Mollie ( or “Monkey”, her nickname) could explore new culture and learn through experiences. And oh, what a fun and memorable day it was!

Casey and Chihara - our passionate instructors guided our friends through the art of Vietnamese coffee: From the iconic egg coffee to the smooth coconut and bold salted coffee, each cup had its own story. “This one is way better!" - Kate and Daniel laughed and admitted after tasting Vietnamese salted coffee, compared to the one they had tried back home. Without a doubt, it was our family’s top favorite.

While Mum and Dad brewing their coffees, Monkey had her very own chocolatey adventure - cacao time! 🍫 Our girl was excited from the very first moment. Monkey followed every step with so much curiosity, the joy of making her own drink, and showed us her tiny barista skills with confidence. “Wow, I made this!”, her eyes sparkled after the first sip. It was so fun that Monkey couldn’t wait to share with her classmates about the experience. How sweet is that!
