Hi, it’s Dung (Emma) here! Let’s say hello to Magdalena, our lovely Polish friend who just wrapped up her second trip to Vietnam. She joined our Coffee Workshop, and soon we became friends. I even got to experience her one-week adventure in Northern Vietnam through her photos and stories every day. From foggy, drizzly mornings to bright sunny afternoons. From banh goi (fried dumplings) and banh tom (shrimp cakes) to snake, frog, and even blood soup. From Hanoi, Sapa, Cao Bang, Ninh Binh, Halong - back to Hanoi and finally back home to Lodz, Poland.
"I know that for you it is normal to see how the rice is growing and how the people are working, but for me it is like a beautiful postcard." Magdalena shared. And for me, it’s always special to hear how travelers see the beauty in the simple, everyday things we sometimes take for granted - our culture, our rich cuisine, our unique coffee.
"I think that things to do and eat in Vietnam is infinite" she said. And I had to agree - even for us locals! 😆 So, we both know this isn’t goodbye—it’s just a pause before the next adventure. Next time, I’ll take Magdalena to my hometown to catch rats (yes, you read that right! 😂).
There are endless stories between us to share, but some things can only be felt, tasted, and experienced in person. So come to Hanoi, come to Vietnam—to write your own stories and create your own adventures. I’ll be here, waiting for you, ready to accompany you all the way. ❤️🇻🇳
